As a natural networker, I am passionate about the power of Social Media to Develop, Nurture, and Maintain Relationships. My 20 years of management/leadership experience taught me a wealth of knowledge about the importance of personal relationships in business and providing outstanding customer care. Being a former school teacher, I also really enjoy helping people learn new skills that can further their personal and professional development.
Following my interests in teaching and networking, I founded Innovative Client Solutions in the fall of 2009 to share my insights as a Certified Social Media Strategist, Trainer, Coach, Speaker and Writer. I have hosted workshops and have had the honor to teach hundreds of people how to use LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, have spoken to professional networking groups, Rotary Clubs and alumni associations, and have had the pleasure of being a guest speaker for graduate level courses at Marquette and Concordia Universities.
In my spare time, I am passionate about working with job seekers in the Milwaukee area. I volunteer as a co-facilitator and board member of 40Plus of Southeastern Wisconsin and was the Volunteer Coordinator for Milwaukee JobCamps 3 & 4 in 2010. I am the VP of Communications for SEWI-ASTD, a writer for examiner.com Milwaukee, and a blogger. I am also a wife and mother who loves sports.
